I’ve maintained a blog at johnbrandall.com for a few years now. Before that, I had a site at hierophany.blogspot.com.

I posted travelogues, essays, and poems on those sites. And recently I wrote a couple chapters of something I call Weed Chronicles, which I posted to johnbrandall.com.

But that didn’t seem to be the best place for me to post my writing about cannabis. So I’ve started this new site. It will be a place for me to experiment. I have hit a wall with any and all of my writing. I’ve submitted hundreds, maybe even a thousand poems to litmags the last few years with only a few publications to show for it.

It’s time to try something different. Hence, Weeds of Grass.

I’ll be writing cannabis strain reviews, dispensary visit reviews, and I’ll also post some poems and short essays here.

Let the fun begin.
